"Downtown Chicago last night on the rooftop of the 'Parlor' restaurant did not disappoint," the legendary John DeCaro of exclusive Duluth Heights wrote on his Facebook page today. "Beautiful night spent with great people! Having relatives from Italy here, made it even more special."
